A social media manager is often called the ‘voice of the company’.” The role may also be referred to as ‘Community Manager’ or ‘Digital and Social Media Manager’.
We would be managing a company’s social media content strategy to boost engagement and build a positive brand image. Our duties include developing a social media marketing plan, creating and posting new content, connecting with the community, and analyzing the success and performance of your social media marketing campaigns. This career requires extensive digital marketing experience, knowledge of a variety of social media platforms, and strong search engine optimization (SEO) skills. Additional qualifications include the ability to take on other similar responsibilities, such as online content creation and community management.
